I have been using Mackenzie plumbing for years now and felt the need to give them a shout for great work and excellent customer service/communication . Recently had a complicated issue with our shower (parts availability and tile work) that needed to be repaired in a timely fashion . Ken and his crew went out of their way to make sure it was done before our planned St Patrick’s day dinner with overnight guests.

The Urspruch family has been calling MacKenzie Plumbing for over twenty (20) years. Unfortunately in the last thirty (30) days I have had tree roots in sewer lines, a pipe/valve burst in bathroom and today the toilet backed up n won’t flush. Each issue was handled efficiently and quickly by MacKenzie Plumbing. I would not call anyone else trust me.

Ken showed up shortly after I called for an appointment and completed the work as needed. He was friendly, polite, and helpful. Also, a shout out to Christine, who made the appointment, was very pleasant and friendly, and went out of her way to help.

PSEG shut our furnace off and ordered it not be turned on as risk of explosion was serious. Furnace was literally falling apart...almost 50 years old! Called MacKenzie and his people were here at 7a.m. -- we had a new furnace functioning by 3. EXCELLENT service and highly recommend.

Called Mackenzie Plumbing for a cracked steam boiler and Ken came out and accessed the situation and his team on site that day. By the end of the day the new boiler system was up and running. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give Ken MacKenzie more than 5 stars. I called his service on Sunday afternoon ... he called back within 2 hours ... and was here on Monday morning. The problem was much greater than anticipated -- a main sewer line clog. By midday, the problem was solved, the bill was more than reasonable, and what could have been a major headache was resolved. He even cleaned up afterward and was an absolutely pleasure to deal with. Call them if you EVER have a plumbing-related problem. You will be glad you did!
